We had many spectacular views of the
snow-covered Fairweather Range as the Sea Comber sailed on
towards the town of Elfin Cove. I have long enjoyed
"authentic" folk music and was thrilled to watch and
listen to one of the residents singing and playing the guitar
solely for the enjoyment of his friends and himself.
As the end of our cruise approached, we
thrilled to many sightings of Humback Whales and hiked and
fished on shore.
Our trip on the Sea Comber ended in the small
Indian town of Hoonah.
