The morning's slightly cool temperatures gave way to warmer mid-day temperatures as about 45 people flushed sparrows and wrens into a long line of mist nets at Weekiwachee Preserve in southwestern Hernando County, Florida. Participants were from all over Florida and as far away as West Palm Beach and Jacksonville.
